A Portuguese Grape Ale that connects the world of wine and craft beer of the Minho region. For the use of 30% wine must of the Alvarinho variety and 70% barley malt wort and fermentation with Saison yeast. The complexity increases with a later stage of 12 months in Alvarinho wine casks.
