The Dream Child was one of five beers to be released for Brew York's 5th anniversary in 2021 with The Freaky Franchise Series, and small batches of each beer are aged in various barrels to be released when they taste their ultimate best. The Dream Child is aged in Wild Turkey casks for 12 months to impart a warm and dreamy smoothness to the decadent rocky road flavors of honeycomb, marshmallow and chocolate.
