The brewer has let this Imperial Stout mature in French oak barrels and Bourbon barrels. Coconut has been added to give it even more flavour. In the taste you can taste the barrels that provide wood, bourbon and vanilla flavors, which combine well with the roasted coconut, chocolate and cocoa.
