Aged for 16 months in barrels, this Arctic wild beer is brewed with barley and wheat malt and infused with a range of locally produced wild herbs. On the nose you encounter floral aromas, a dusty cellar and some funk. Tastefully you will find refreshing notes of hay and spring flowers, soft sourness, mild bitterness and a bone-dry aftertaste.
