A sour beer of mixed fermentation that has matured for 24 months in one of the foeders, has laid a foundation of bright acids and wild funk. An addition of raspberries has transformed this beer into a fruity Framboise-style sour with complex fruit notes, balanced acidity and a wood-aged finish.
