31% - Saison du Fermier that was fermented and aged for 4 months in a heavy American oak toast with our mixed Saison/local microflora culture.
46% - Missouri Wild Blond Ale, aged in a French oak foudre from which we have been extracting solera-style pieces over the past four years. Higher acid (base for Fuzzy).
9% - Missouri Wild Ale aged 3 years in Missouri Oak Chardonnay barrels (59 gallons). Aged to become a common thread in this beer or a Pulling Nails blend
