Oak Aged Madeline (Batch #9 - 8th Birthday)

Oak Aged Madeline is the 9th release in the Madeline series and is celebrating its 8th anniversary! The creation of this mead was one of precision and patience. The oak for these barrels was aged for five years before being made into staves, which were then carefully shaped into 225-liter Château Tradition barrels, each with a custom toast. This careful process has provided the mead with layers of complexity and character, balancing the vibrant fruit notes of the boysenberry with the nuanced depth that only the best French oak can deliver.
