Oriel Quadrupel (Ecuador Rum BA)

Gold award winning recipe, this batch was aged for eight months in freshly emptied rum casks from the highlands of Ecuador. Beautiful brown color with luscious flavors of toasted oak, chocolate, honey and a hint of candied fruit. The taste consists of dried red plums, ripe figs, raisins, spices, vanilla notes and roasted malts. The fermentation of the additions Muscovado and Demerara sugars expresses the experience, creating a specialty beer with a high alcohol content, which will develop great properties over time.
