This noble winter beer is brown in color with flaming red accents. The taste is delicately sweet and liqueur-like with a hint of burnt caramel from the malt and a longer cooking time. It is a very bitter beer with aromas of hops and alcohol, and flavors reminiscent of red fruits, coming from the English yeast we use to ferment it. The aftertaste is accentuated by the delicious taste of hops.
