Brewed in the summer and fermented in our cool ship at ambient temperature with brewer's yeast. The wort is made from barley, spelt, rye and European hops. Maturation takes place in large oak barrels with wild yeasts and bacteria until winter. Finally, the beer is dry-hopped with whole-leaf hops and conditioned in the bottle for several months before being released to the market.
