Szechuan and cayenne Imperial Stout with vanilla and cocoa beans
Here at Wander Beyond, they love working with new and exciting ingredients to create new and exciting flavors and beers! Szechuan pepper is an ingredient they've wanted to work with for a while and finally this imperial stout base gave them the chance to do just that. Immediately you taste the Szechuan pepper in the nose accompanied by a hint of vanilla. These are both carried through in the taste and are joined by chocolate and hints of maple syrup with a spicy heat to finish off with the cayenne pepper.
