The Man with the Sword is a Montmorency cherry mead with Ugandan vanilla matured in Bourbon barrels. Sweet cherry, balanced by orange blossom honey. This mead absorbed a huge amount of flavor from the wood, with a vanilla creaminess. The acid profile continually shows the presence of cherries while providing an average mouthfeel in a high viscosity liquid.
