In November 2018, an unboiled wort was pulled from a six-hour mash stand.
Whole-leaf Southern Cross Hops were steeped in the wort before primary fermentation in the coolship.
The resulting raw beer continued fermentation for thirteen months in a white Burgundy and a bourbon barrel.
