This Platinum Blend is a blend of exclusively young lambics and four-year-old lambics, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. A quarter of the blend consists of lambics brewed with our own grains from various fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is over 21 months and the oldest lambic was brewed in early 2017.
They have added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 fountain brewed lambic.
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Platinum Blend is a blend of one to at least 25% four-year-old traditional lambics, brewed by 3 Fontein. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
