Alpha starts with a white wheat, 2-row and Chit malt base and a Simcoe, Citra Incognito and Centennial whirlpool. After adding the thiolated yeast, they boosted the alpha acids with a dry hop from Columbus, Citra and Simcoe.
Aromas of pressed citrus and apricot intersect with pine forest floor, followed by flavors of zesty citrus, blueberry peel, melon and floral earth with a hop bitterness that makes the finish juicy with a slightly dry finish.
