It's the hot side of Chinook and Simcoe, with Chinook in the lead. Serious grapefruit and marmalade flavor with an oily fruitiness. We combined it with Simcoe for some more obvious tropical fruit character and a hint of sweet resin. The dry hop is Chinook, Simcoe and Columbus. Chinook and Simcoe added after fermentation give more rounded, slightly softer fruit flavors, of orange, lemon, mango and pine.
