Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Winter Ale
This year's B-Bomb is matured in 8-12 year old American oak bourbon barrels and is a blend of 9, 12 and 24 month barrel aged Winter Ale. B-Bomb achieves clear notes of bourbon, oak, cocoa, leather, toffee and dark coffee through the extensive barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a cohesive tone is a distinct art and a true pleasure. Enjoy this unique, barrel-aged beer today, but know that B-Bomb will age beautifully for at least another 5 years.
