The first Barrel Aged version of the Lady Cupcake is here!
12 months in Rye Whiskey barrels and conditioned on a classic combo; toasted coconut and vanilla. We used 80 grams of coconut per liter of beer, that's a lot! Also a good amount of vanilla pods from Uganda and India. The Ugandan vanilla in particular gives an incredible chocolate aroma along with the classic vanilla notes.
