Between the Light is an unfiltered DDH DIPA, highlighting two of our favorite domestic hop varieties, Citra and Amarillo. Malted oats and wheat flakes create a delicate, smooth body; while our house yeast creates a citrusy ester profile. Think peach jam, Florida mangoes and freshly squeezed orange juice.
