Big Bird

Our “little birds” are a series of pale ales that experiment with combinations of complementary grains and hop varieties to create seasonal, sessionable pale ales. Big Bird is a continuation of some of these experiments in a fortified Double IPA form. Big Bird, one of the hoppiest beers they've made to date, features a new signature hop. This new hop gives Big Bird an intense nose that stimulates the senses with aromas of lime, overripe papaya and spicy citrus. Flavors of pineapple and tangy grapefruit are balanced by a light body and a moist, resinous finish.
