There’s a new villain in town. Or rather, the same old one but with new threads. BLOODY KOSCHEI’s the usual dry and roasty Russian imperial stout, robust and ashy-bitter, balanced by loads of beet juice - which was a real messy job. It brings a nice sweetness to it all, also a subtle earthiness. And a pretty foam.
