In 2019, they created a nanobatch of mead consisting solely of blueberry juice and honey, spiced with cardamom and real vanilla. The idea was to recreate the taste of a classic Norwegian waffle plate with blueberry jam. The mead was very well received and this year they decided that more people should be able to share the experience.
Blueberry Waffles is sweet, fruity, intense and luxurious.
