Boulevardier is a barrel-aged Barleywine, brewed with good friends Browar Stu Mostów from Wrocław, Poland. In April 2018 they brewed a double mash of Barleywine wort, which was boiled for several hours, fermented long and cool before being matured in selected Bourbon and Vermouth casks. From those original barrels from 2018, they have now mixed 4-year-old Barleywine from those vermouth and bourbon barrels with a portion of young Barleywine for a fresh, hoppy citrus kick. This harmonious blend from 2022 is reminiscent of the flavors of one of our favorite cocktails, the Boulevardier
