After creating the very first imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, they learned that to get the best beer, you have to start with the best possible ingredients. Barrels are such an important ingredient and they continue to use only the best that our friends on the bourbon trail have to offer. Bourbon County Brand Original Stout 2024 is aged in a blend of freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Four Roses and Wild Turkey distilleries. Bourbon County Original Stout is barrel-aged for an average of 12 months and features deeply developed flavors of fudge, vanilla and caramelized sugar with a rich, decadent mouthfeel.
