Circle (Banana Coconut Vanilla)

Imperial stout matured for 26 months in a blend of Heaven Hill bourbon barrels of 5 and 7 years and conditioned on dried banana, raw coconut, roasted coconut and a mix of Ugandan and Madagascar vanilla beans.
For this version of Circle, they started with the same double mash imperial stout that was aged for 26 months in a blend of Heaven Hill barrels of 5 and 7 years and then conditioned it with copious amounts of house roasted banana and coconut, raw coconut and a 50 / 50 mix of hand-processed Ugandan and Madagascar vanilla beans.
