TO ØL Cookie Policy Imperial Stout Cognac B.A. This beer is matured for a year in cognac barrels and then enriched with cookies, vanilla, cocoa nibs and cinnamon. The aroma of this beer is spicy and sweet, with notes of chocolate, caramel, oat cookies, cognac and cinnamon. The taste is rich and creamy, with a balance between the sweetness of the cookies and the vanilla paired with the bitterness of the cocoa and the roasted malt.
