This year, the aromatics are more concentrated in the skins with the velvety sensations that they could find in the 2021 vintage. The apricot has exchanged its usual richness this year for a finesse that was rarely seen before. Citrus, stones, herbaceous; a very different vintage from last year, which for once was on the richness and the fleshy.
