2021 edition of Dreams.
Icebock comes from the process of concentrating flavors with freezing the beer. This means that some of the water crystallizes into ice, while the remaining liquid concentrates. For this icebock, a very special barley wine was brewed, matured in barrel, mixed with the barley wine Hagger and frozen. After weeks at -24 C, it was time to drain this super rich liquid. Expect intense flavors with a long-lasting finish and a warming sensation.
