Farmhouse Ale matured in Madeira barrels

In this version of Freestyle they have blended two of their favorite base beers, East bank and Funky blender, which had already been aged for months in neutral French oak wine barrels, and added them to recently used Madeira wine barrels for another 8 months. The delicate base beer absorbed flavors of caramel and vanilla through the secondary maturation process.
