We aren't sweet tooths, especially not in combination with beer, therefore we always said to each other that we wouldn't brew a Pastry Stout. Ever! But a couple of weeks ago, our headbrewer Merijn betrayed us, the bastard!
While thinking to do something special with our Grom, he took a sip of his coffee and got an epiphany. "What if…I infuse it with some robust coffee, sweet vanilla and a pinch of lactose to give it a creamy touch?!".
So is it a Pastry Stout? Well, maybe it is, but it is definitely one on Bliksem's terms and the 44cl can deserves our logo on it. And while drinking this enchanting elixir we have to think how to punish betrayer Merijn. Some pain will last…
