A Russian Imperial Stout. One brew, divided
in 11 different barrels and left to develop
and absorb the character and flavor
embedded in the wood. This one has been lying around
rest in a 30 year old Pedro Ximénez
barrel and has a sweet, sticky,
rich and very, very decadent character
that will develop over time, but is also
excellent to drink now.
