Only beer and keg! We did this with this barrel mainly because we love its properties and believe it has everything to shine on its own. It is a cask from Kilchoman, one of 9 distilleries on Islay, one of the smallest in Scotland and the only one on Islay that carries out all steps of whiskey production independently. From the barrel you can expect complex notes of maritime peat smoke, iodine and rich spices that are in perfect harmony with the base beer that has been aged in it for 12 months.
