For their first transatlantic collaboration, they went for a bold take on a true American craft beer classic - West Coast IPA. They increased the malt bill for a bigger body and higher ABV. To balance that out, they've also increased the amount of cooking hops for style-appropriate bitterness and quadrupled the dry-hopping speeds for more aroma coming from Citra, Mosaic and Strata (USA) hops.
