The unusual Italian beer is born. A beer that is difficult to frame in a style. This Barleywine has been aged for 12 months in Gin casks with the addition of raisins in the cellar of Formello. The almost absent carbon dioxide, the total lack of foam, the high alcohol content, but especially the notes of grapes and dried fruit, make it more of a raisin wine than a beer.
