They thought Galaxy hops would fit the theme really well because it would provide many layers of fruit: think pineapple, sun-dried fruit and citrus, as well as berries and currants. To balance that out a bit, they also added some always winning Citra hops to amp up the citrus a bit.
The result is a Jupiter-worthy, full-bodied IPA, boosted with lots of malts. Nevertheless, especially for this higher percentage of beer, still soft and with a pleasant sweetness.
