Matured mainly in barrels of Rum, Whiskey and Port, with a touch of wine cask, Mansueto offers an extraordinary experience. The deep amber color and caramelized aromas mingle with fruity notes of raisins and dates. The taste reveals complex layers of caramel, toffee and vanilla, enriched with hints of oak and a pleasant slightly lingering spiciness that adds energy. A beer that enchants with its harmony.
Dedicated to a special person who passed away a few years ago: our dear carpenter Mansueto. Together with him we made the supports for the barrels that are now in our cellar. Mansueto shared with us his passion for wood and things made by hand.
