A delicious red sour cuvée aged from 14-52 months in red wine, cognac or sherry casks. This blend was then racked in Setúbal Moscatel sherry pipes for a further four months, yielding a complex drink that leaves your palate blissfully contemplating the tart, funky harmony of tannins, honeyed sweetness and subtle earthiness long after the last sip.
