Een verfrissende en complexe Fruited Sour. Elke slok is een ontdekking. Aangezuurd tijdens fermentatie met Lachancea-gist, een speciale soort die zorgt voor tonen van rode appel en perzik. Na het fermenteren zijn bramen, cassis en frambozen toegevoegd.
Uiteindelijk is een koffie toegevoegd die speciaal voor dit bier was bereid door het huis, Diogo Bianchi, genaamd "Gichuna Estate". Deze koffie is afkomstig uit Kiambu, Kenia, wordt verbouwd op een hoogte van 1775 meter boven zeeniveau, is biologisch gewassen en door de branding krijgt hij tonen van fruit, wijn en zoetigheden.
