North X Põhjala Imperial Stoutn

Põhjala, known for their delicious porters and stouts, have taken a walk on the dark side with North brewing Co. and a decadent imperial stout created with Amburana wood and toasted coconut.
The Amburana Cearensis tree, native to South America, is known for its unique flavor, with notes of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. They circulated this wonderfully smooth and juicy stout over the Amburana wood, which complimented the complex malt base and enhanced the flavors of these warming spices, with notes of syrup and chocolate. The roasted coconut goes together with the fragrant vanilla and provides a soft and balanced aftertaste.
