Awesome collaboration between Collective Arts Brewing and New York State Equilibrium - to bring you this Double Barrel-Aged monster! Together they brewed a huge Imperial Stout, which they then aged in freshly emptied Bourbon casks to impart sweet oak and vanilla flavours. The beer is then transferred to Tawny Port casks for finishing, which add fruity and nutty characteristics. They conditioned the stout on dark, sweet cherries, vanilla and cocoa nibs.
