Our take on a classic beer style. A blend of fresh and old Flemish brown Ale. 60% of the blend is matured for over 1.5 years in a red wine barrel and then the beer is matured for another year in Bordeaux wine barrels. They also mixed in some bourbon barrel aged brown ales to give the blend a touch of American oak.
