Over the years, Paragon has become one of the flagship beers. What makes this barley wine special is that it is always brewed according to exactly the same recipe, but each edition is unique due to a number of factors, barrel types and environmental factors, to put it briefly. In 2023 they used fresh, strong Jim Beam barrels in which the beer aged for a year. We think the result is pretty cool and can best be described as a Kentucky hug.
