They've brewed this hazy, cold IPA, their interpretation of this style. They focused on using lots of potent hops in combination with their house brewer's yeast and fermented it on the cold side. As with all their hopforward beers, they have undergone a biotransformation on the 3rd day of fermentation that has resulted in this beautiful hazy character. The result is a hugely hopped very drinkable hazy cold IPA.
They brewed this beer with their buddies from Brasserie Galibier in France and had a great time with them at the brewery.
Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria Cryo, Ahtanum and Citra 301.
