"Patience" is a sturdy imperial stout, aged for 18 months in Jim Beam barrels. The maturation has both rounded the beer and given it a complex taste and aroma, with hints of chocolate truffles, cocoa, vanilla, coffee and caramel. You can enjoy this by a fire in the fireplace, or preferably with desserts with chocolate or vanilla.
