The grain is 15% wheat and oats, enough to smooth out the mouthfeel without getting too sticky with the higher alcohol content. As for the hops, they had recently delivered Northern Monk Nelson Sauvin to the cold room for pretty much the first time in three years - this was the chance to put them to use. Supported by smaller portions of Galaxy and Citra, expect big gooseberry and passion fruit flavors with underlying peach and mango notes.
