A beer with freshly harvested Citra?
Thanks to the collaboration with Yakima Chief, during the last hop selection in September 2022, not the new experimental YCH 301 Trial technique, which freezes the freshly harvested hops extremely quickly while preserving all their characteristics without having to dry them, CRAK Brewery was for first able to use Citra Wet Hop and bring back that unmistakable aroma to Perfect Frozen Citra that permeates the entire Yakima Valley at harvest time.
