Pillow Fright is the latest triple IPA from Celestial Beerworks. It is filled with Citra cryo, Amarillo hash, Mosaic hops and Idaho 7 hops.
The aroma is thick with pineapple notes from that Idaho 7 and filled with scents of stone fruit and melon fruit salad.
This tripel has a light moisture content, this year's Idaho 7 crop is much fruitier and sweeter than last year's. The taste of Pillow Fright has sweet candied mandarin and an Orange fruity citrus.
