Polly has fused all four together: the hop varieties Citra and Simcoe, as well as Galaxy and Mosaic for this IPA - Triple New England / Hazy. With a total of 60kg in the dry hop, and strengthened to TIPA strength. This beer has tropical notes, with a hint of grassy bitterness thanks to a flash in the pan, a minute at one hundred degrees Simcoe addition in the whirlpool to keep everything under control.
