D.I.P.A. Ripe in the Machine takes the best of GN Ripe and Parish's Ghost in the Machine by brewing a big, hazy DIPA with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron and Simcoe. What makes this beer stand out is the addition of Phantasm, an experimental powder derived from New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
