Mixture of Lambic and raspberries (200 grams per litre). Beer with a sour taste, fruity and fragrant. As with the Kriek, the fruit flavor of the Rosé de Gambrinus comes into its own when you drink it young. Over the years, the flavor of the Lambic will regain the upper hand, at the expense of the fruit.
